Synopsis

South Loins and Underglen Township are your usual hives of neighborhood gambling, clown krumping and loitering with intent to mope. Officers Strunk and Mattingly dispense justice with The Knee of Wisdom, industrial strength wedgies and a healthy dose of gallows humor, within a gauntlet of white-shirt bureaucrats, self-deputized-citizens and their arch nemesis, Inspector Illich, who advances her own nefarious agenda within the S.L.U.T. (pronounced Sloot) Police Department.
